Hi, I can not open an officiale form eventhough I have Acrobat installed

I can not open an official form even though I have Acrobat installed on window 7 plus the a recent trial version that I have recently downloaded, can I get a help plx ?

Please let us know the dot version of Acrobat installed on your system.

Do you get any error message when you try to open the form?
