I am doing a simple opening of a PDF and get the exception above.AcroAVDoc AdobeDoc = new AcroAVDoc();AdobeDoc.Open(file_path, "");It fails only when i try to open a digital signed PDF. Any ideas why i get this error or how can i open the signed PDF-s? Thank you.

I've benefited tremendously by having a basic understanding of what I'm doing from a VB class I took in 2005 and from forums like this allowing me to cobble together pieces to do what I'm trying to do. I'm stumped with this one.I'm in Human Resources. We have a form that people use to request temporary pay increases with a start and end date. Because of the idiosyncratic systems we use, I'm using the following to calculate the number of work days between the two dates to convert them into pay periods of 10 work days. Holidays are irrelevant to these calculations as they are still considered in the pay period. We have 26.1 pay periods per year. I need the number of pay periods to correctly calculate the extrapolated salary that a temporary pay increase would be over the 26.1 annual pay periods.The calculations work exactly as they're supposed to. Is there a way to write a script that will allow a button to print specific pages when clicked? Noot consecutive pages, however. The user has to print out the application on page one, but may only need to print pages 3, 5 and 8 after that. I don't really know Java, so any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi,I'd like to create a script that would save the main form (page 1) when completed as a new page with the Field ''date'' and field .time'' as the reference.The form will be filled twice a day and the pages would be added in the same file for the whole month.I would probably also save as Flattenfields() to protect the information added on each forms.June = page 1 (Empty Form)page 2 (june 1 - 6h30)page 3 (june 1 - 10h30)page 4 (june 2 - 6h30)etc....Search everywhere, but i couldn't find anything on saving the form in the same file (add page)ThanksMike

I have an interactive form created on the Mac, the form would be filled by hundreds of people on an iPad. The form works well however, I need a save button to save the form to the folder on the iPad or to the Document Cloud after the user would finish filling it. Currently Acrobat DC gives me the chance of running a menu command as shown below which will not function on the iOS.If its for me I know how to go a bout tap the "Share a Copy" button within Acrobat on the iPad, however for many users they will be lost, hence I want to simplify their experience by leaving them a "Save" button.Is there a chance of having a script from you guys?

I am trying to create an action that will place the standard Acrobat “Approved” dynamic stamp in the same place and same size every time the action is run. I am having a hard time finding the stamp. I'm trying to create a `setInterval` that fires every 5 ms while the mouse is pressed on a button.Strangely, while other code in the Mouse Down event fires, the setInterval doesn't fire until the event is over. It then fires during the Mouse Exit or Mouse Up event, which is too late.Why is that? And how can I get the desired behavior?I looked in the SDK documentation and found a onMouseHit event which sounds more like what I'm looking for. But I don't know how to trigger this event from a form button.

I am incredibly green with JS, maybe a week into learning; please ELIM5.  I have created a form that will highlight a field based on its value.  The issue I am having is during validation.  I am attempting to populate a window to remind the end user to check for restrictions.  I have read the tutorial and created a code based on the information provided; however, I am still unable to get it to run correctly.  I have provided both versions for reference.  The first code populates an alert anytime the cell is changed, and I understand why based on the coding.  The following code is my attempt at only having the warning populate based on fill color.  Both versions are forcing the alert incorrectly or not at all.  I previously had the app.alert in the format code (provided as struck in the first "if" case) but was unable to get the oCK to operate, which is a must for the end user.  Thank you in advance for any assistance!Format code:var mf

The difficulty for most employees is to select the correct 'booking code' properly: which budget and which cost category.For example: rubber stamps (part of the range of the office supply products) must be booked on B001(budget number) and 1234 (cost category). Short: B001.1234. Second example: pencils (again part of the  office supply products) must be booked on B001.1235. This product range is pretty large.Our source for the correct booking codes is an Excel sheet: column 1 contains product names, column 2 the main category, column 3 the sub-category and column 4 the correct booking code. Examplerubber_stamps; office supplies;postal needs;B001.1234pencils; office supplies;statiorary;B001.1235etc.The idea is to present employees with 3 pull down menu's: main category, subcategory and product.For maintenance and update purposes, it would be great to import data into the form/these pull down menu's

"The information request form does not let you select the state you're in, nor does the "next page" button work or the submit button. To be able to use the SDK I must submit this form first so I'm hoping I can either manually enter the information and email it or find a fixed form

My Acrobat Pro DC form contains radio buttons. When I select them in preview, they stay selected, leaving me a form that will not allow users the option for selecting them. How to save the form with buttons unselected? Also, how do I de-select them, so that I may share the form?
