Hello All,My question is regarding an asp application I have which populates a form by using xfdf , but the feature about opening a pdf file in a new browser tab where the pdf form gets populated with xml information stop working.not sure if XFDF is still supported by Edge, Chrome and firefox browsers, because I have tested and it only works for IE11.Any feedback on this question would be very appreciated, thanks in advance.greets,

I need a code and or formula to help me get a sequential order of numbers in multiple text boxes. In theory it is relativity simple: Field 1 (CD Day 1 as I call it) + 1 = Value Needed. I was able to get the dates to propagate in order properly but of course that coding if specific to dates. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!PS- I don't need numbers added together but I need the next number in line to automatically popup when the initial number gets put in.

This is a really simple question but it isn't working well for me.I have an order form with quantities and amounts. I have a field called Quantity.0 and a field called Amount.0I want whatever quantity is in the "quantity" field to calculate into the amount field. However after creating simplified and custom, it keeps increasing my amount field as I go through my spreadsheet.If someone wants to decrease their quantity on the form, I would like it to recalculate the amount off the new quantity.Then at the bottom of my form, I have a total field which I want to calculate all the Amounts. I used the sum+ and reordered the fields but that isn't adding correctly. Any help is requested.

I am brand new to JavaScripts. I have never done one before. First things first.Mac Pro (late 2013) with El Capitan 10.11.6, Word 15.24 and Acrobat Pro 2015.017.20053I knocked together a Word document which happens to have a lot of images. It needs to go to some legal people (et al) so I wanted it in PDF.Within Word it fails with a message:"This version of Word can't export to this type of file because the file is too large. Generally a file that is larger than 20MB is too big to export"Unimpressed with this arbitrary cap on file sizes and also the hint that there might be an unspecified version of Word that does work, I tried Acrobat.But Acrobat uses Word to do the export. It fails with the same message. What is the point of that?How, good people, short of wasting hours of my short life resizing and replacing masses of images can this absurd restriction be overcome?Many thanks,

I am trying spawn (unlimited times) two blank template pages (upon push of a button) that still leverage the custom field-level javascript that has been developed on the page. Using the following script, it will spawn each template (refreshed), but the field-level custom javascript does not work. Hi,I made a Form for monthly expenses and the user has to fill every row with the currency and the amount for every type of cost:Basically I created hidden text fields for each row where there's the right change rate according to the Date/Currency entered; the total is calculated in the end using another table with the change rate and related date. Hi,I am having problem with creating a fillable form formula to work in adobe. I have created a drop down menu titled "No.ofMeals", values being 3,4 and 5. I want the form to divide the field "ProteinGrams" by whats selected from the drop down - so divided by either 3,4,5. Thanks

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 and Adobe Acrobat DC SDK. Our plugin opens a file from a mapped drive and makes modifications, saves the documents and closed it. After that we open the same document but from the different mapped drive and make some modification but we can't save the file back to the mapped drive. Plugin can save the file locally with the same name and then save the file to the network drive. I have the correct permissions to the folder.  What else can it be? The error message is this:"The document could not be saved.  The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open.  Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder."The file is not read-only, also I checked code and there are no acquired objects that are not released before Acrobat attempts to flush its in-memory state. We have found a workaround - save to the local temp folder and copy it to mapped drive but it looks ugly.

greetings I have a question regarding something I think it would be very useful for what I want to achieve.I have multiple PDF forms that have document javascript, and I am constantly doing updates and improvements to them. they of doing it is by modifying the script and using Action Wizard and this.addScript( etc., this takes time and as I have to make them in small groups because it in large quantities it crashes.my problem is that the files are too many ~2000 and to do the updates, Typically I need to take them with external disc and do the updates at home where I have my Acrobat Pro DC. I had another prospective of making a folder level javascript to do the changes once and be reflected on app level, but unfortunately the work environment prohibit this method.My question is there any way to do remote updates for document level javascript? like uploading the files in a server and do the thing ?I was trying to search the internet for server side script and so just to know if it appli

I've been tasked to create a simple form to help sales reps in our company calculate their bonus. I am a creative person, but not a coding/technical person, so I have this cool idea in my head but I don't know how to make it work. I've scoured the internet and forums and have found some helpful threads but can't seem to find what I'm looking for. So here's what I'm trying to do:Our sales reps have 4 targets that they need to hit (ex./ "category 1," "category 2," etc...) Depending on how many of those targets they achieve, their bonus can increase.- Example:/ If a sales rep sells 10 units and only hits 1 target category, then their sales are multiplied by $10. If another sales rep also sells 10 units, but hits 2 target categories, then their sales are multiplied by $20. 3 targets = multiply by $30, and all 4 targets = multiply by $40.The way my form is set up is I have a field for the quantity of units sold, where they simply input a number. Hey All,Working on a form project and trying to spawn templates that I preset and setPageLabels as they spawn. In an attempt to handle for permutations on which page number additional forms will be rendered to I decided to take the approach of setting labels and deleting them by label when the user clicks on the cross radio button to .value === "Off". The code below works in Pro, but when I attempt to do it in reader only the first page of my templates gets rendered and it is set to the pageLabel of the first 2 pages. I have 2 forms that are basically the same. The content, fieldnames and script are the same however one file has additional pages. The forms have a checkbox where in users will click it if they are done filling up. The checkbox has a script that verifies if all the required fields have been answered, if completed it will have a check, if not a textfield will show up and list all the items that must be completed.The problem I have now is that the checkbox of form 1 is not validating correctly. When I click the checkbox on an empty form, it still shows the check sign.Form 2 on the other hand shows the fields that need to be answered.Fields of the additional pages in form 2 are not included in the checkbox script so that isn't the problem.Any tips on how to figure out why form 1 isn't working?

Working with a series of multiple questions, when an answer box is selected, is it possible for the number of the box clicked on to show up in a different area on the page?
