Hello,I have a form with 4 groups of radio buttons ("Style" in the script below is one of the radio group names). I have created a text field at the end of the form where I would like the selection value from each radio group to display. I am able to get it to work for displaying one group value with the following, but need help with having it work for multiple group values?event.value = this.getField("Style").value;Appreciate any help.

I am wanting to use one of three radio buttons to change comments in another section of the form. The form is for an elevation certificate and the radio button options are construction drawing, under construction, and finished construction. At each stage there are different things needed in the comments section that deal with the stages of the EC. Is there a way to link the comments in the comments section with the radio button choices so I don't have to type them in each time?

I'm a novice at this so I'd appreciate any help. I've done a lot of searching in forums and can't find a full answer to my problem. I have a 12 page form, mostly text fields, but also radio buttons and check boxes. I have many check boxes/radio buttons that when selected reveal a hidden text field. I want to add an option to clear the form, but when I set up a reset button using the "Reset a form" default action, it not only clears the form, but clears out the hidden form field properties and they all are visible again. I want to create a button using script to clear the form while keeping all form fields in their original state. I know there are document-level advanced formulas, but that's way beyond my level. I have an order form that is working well, thanks to Adobe community help . Quantity x Price = Product Total. I am at the total dollar for all products field, and once again want the field blank rather than $0.00 to start. So I'm not using the basic 'select all the fields option'.I'm about to put the following code in which, with 49 fields, will be quite lengthy. I am also applying the Number AsString coding offered for a previous issue, but don't know if that is the right use here. (I presume it is since I am adding numbers.) I've been using a 3rd party tool to merge documents from an Access database for several years.  My client was using Acrobat 9.xx but recently upgraded to Acrobat 2017 and the code no longer works.  This process merges as many as 100 pdf files, one at a time, into a master report for my client is critical as they perform this action several times a quarter.As I said, we have been using a 3rd party tool and I basically shell out a simple command to merge two documents into a third:pdftk C:\...\Budget\2019-03-06-09-51.pdf C:\...\Budget\002.pdf cat output C:\...\Budget\Temp.pdfCan I do this with Acrobat 2017?

I have two pdf forms, one in English language, the other is in Arabic, how to restrict the fields of each form to accept only English text for the fields of the English form, and only Arabic text for the fields of the Arabic form? thank you

try67 was nice enough to provide this script (see below). It works great but I noticed it allows me to enter text in the field. Don't want that. The field should only allow a dollar amount to be entered and accepted. Can someone show me how to modify this bit of script to not allow text? In an order form, I would like a field to stay blank unless a quantity has been purchased, so I am writing code instead of using the basic option of selecting fields (which works). I need a total number of t-shirts purchased based on five sizes. At first, it seems to work, but with no reason I can detect, it stops adding the numbers and instead treats them like a string. Example: 5xs + 5m gives me 10total. Then if I add another 5l, I get 555 as the sum. (The shirt sizes and quantities are irrelevant to the outcome.) I'm trying to add a script to the custom format window of a text field so I can have the results show like this - $22.33 per foot (or whatever dollar amount entered). Not so much a problem with any scripting. I was wondering why aren't people, especially companies using PDF to streamline their workloads and take advantage of the powerful tools at their finger tips. I know some out there do but I am very surprised at how many people I know in the business world that own a version of Acrobat (the full program) and just let it sit on their computers doing nothing. Instead of using it to make their jobs easier and to create a custom app or form that would save the company so much time. It absolutely amazes me. I have a few good friends that own big companies and I witnessed the employees struggling to get even a letter written. I mentioned to my friends to utilize the Acrobat program they own and they were just not interested in hearing anything further about incorporating PDF's into their company. I have written this code for a combo box (qmblu) with the quantities as seen in the formula, but the only value displaying is for qty=1 (I checked by changing the numbers to 1, 2, etc, instead of 12.22 and '1' showed in the price field). Even the else "" is being ignored with default on the first value. Can anyone please tell me what I'm missing? The combo box works - my product of the two fields changes based on quantity changes, but always multiplies by the same price.
