Hi, I'm having trouble editing a PDF in Acrobat. I activated the Adobe Garamond family and see that it's in my active fonts tab. However, when I try to make edits on a PDF, it's not in the fonts dropdown list. How can I get it in there so I can select it to be used to edit with in Acrobat? Thank you.

One of my fields (Type field) I have is a drop down list with options RFC, ADM, REB. I would like to create a condition if either ADM or REB are selected from the drop-down list to require the user to select either a quarter checkbox or a month AND enter a year. Is this condition possible with the version of Adobe I am currently using?  The 2nd image below shows the options that I have available. Thank You.   

I recently purchased a new Macbook Pro with OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.4. I tried installing my Adobe Creative Suite 4 which I've had since college. All of the programs seem to be working, at least for the most part, except when I try and open Acrobat Pro 9 I get a Repair Setup message that says: "Acrobat has detected that there are missing components that require repair. Select the optional components you would like to pre air and click Continue. Deselect a component to completely remove it. Click Cancel to cancel the component repair process." The components it's saying need repair are Adobe PDF Printer and Adobe PDFViewer Safari Plugin.No matter which option I select, whether it's Continue or Cancel or deselect the components the same thing happens. Which is absolutely nothing. The window goes away and the top toolbar only shows the word "Acrobat", but I can't click on it to see any drop down options, there are no other options on the toolbar. Hi AllI've looked through some of the other posts but could find any exact info. I have some users who have a pdf template where they fill in a whole bunch of information. I was looking to do an application that would fill in most of the pdf form for users with name address etc and then the users would complete the rest of the details as they received additional information. They only have Adobe Reader DC (as do I at the moment). I downloaded the SDK and setup in C#. I'm wondering if I need the full Acrobat DC to be able to develop the application which is then used by users with Reader, or is there a way to do development work with just Reader installed?Note: I've tried some 3rd party apps but it looks like once you fill in the form and save it, it is then no longer modifyable with Adobe Reader presumable due to the digital keys no longer being Adobe.Any help would be greatly appreciated.CheersPeter

How do I set text field default properties?  The forms creator set font sizes that are too large.

What our team would like to do here:A user chooses if they Have or Need to Develop a skill. Each H chosen passes a 0. Each D chosen passes a 1 and calculates the % total. 0/33/66/100 is possible. Hey Everyone, I have data in a flask API that I want users to load into their custom pdf forms. My problem is finding documentation on how to approach this.  My idea is that I have the user run javascript from the pdf (hit a button); have them enter a # in an app.alert window and then use the entered # for a HTTP GET request to flask which will then show the data.  Which is where my problems start on how to best set this up, I've found the following code on the forums here which I hoped to utilize. var url:String = "wwvv. Exiting implementaion C# code Type.GetTypeFromProgID("AcroExch.AVDoc") !== null , means the Adobe Acrobat is installed. But after the latest Adobe 64 bit reader installation, the above condition is true for Adobe Reader itself. Acrobat PDFMaker has found inconsistencies in the database. Please make sure there are no blank records or email fields in the database. What can I do to fix this issue? There are no blank records in my database but I need the email address field to send the PDF documents. Any help would be great. Thx

I have a template that spawns x number of times based on a value of a field on the form. The spawn is set to happen when the files is saved. My issue is that when the form is first completed and created it is being done in Netsuite and as fasr as I know there is no way to trigger that script while this process is happening. What the user is currently doing is letting Netsuite fill the pdf and then they download the form, change any field in the form and then revert that field to what it was before so that the save option is avaialble and then saves the form so the spawn is triggered.  My goal is to bypass having the user manipulate a field so that the save option is available and the spawn is triggered. Any ideas on how I can achieve this?

I am creating a fillable form which includes a dropdown list. The two options are "Vacant" or "Occupied". I want to be able to count the number of "Vacant" entries in a separate field. The dropdowns are named "dropdown.10" through "dropdown.31". I have tried scripts from a number of different answers to similar questions with no success. I attached two images as a reference and I can provide more information if needed. Thanks.

After using the applyRedactions function from the api, the function leaves over these Vector Objects. Is there a way to remove them with more scripting? I guess one solution is to make layers and then delete the Vector Objects layer... Is there a way to automate that?  All I wanted to do was remove any text at the footer for all pages using js. I've created a "drawdown sheet" that tracks reoccurring payments/invoicing on a PO.  I can't do it as a spreadsheet because it attaches to the pertinat PO which is a PDF.  A drawdown will have the starting balance (the amount for which the PO is written) and show the running balance as each weekly billing is paid.  I've attached a screen shot of the form and the issue.  The calculation is a simple subtraction from the previous balance but the issue is that the formula is performed down the sheet.  I tried to do an if,then statement:  If "2amount" is > 0 then "1balance" - "2amount", if else then leave "$0.00". Obviously that isn't Javascript but that is my problem - I don't spreak Javascript.  I scoured the web to find a solution and selfmedicate but it wasn't in the cards for me.  I even watched tutorials on basic javascript related to Acrobat but nothing stuck.  HELP!! 

Very new to this so appreciate the assistance! My form  has three subtotal fields COREPOINTSMGMTPOINTSC_MPOINTS If the MGMT POINTS field is 0, would like the C_M field to be 0. If the MGMT POINTS field has a value, would like the C_M field to reflect COREPOINTS + MGMTPOINTS. Thank you!

Help with radio buttons. I need to calculate a specific button in a given group/row.I have a form with radio buttons. I've roughly set the radio buttons in for now. I need to have each column total Random, Informal, Formal and Dynamic. So only one radio button selected from each horizontal row 1, 2a, 2b etc.I'm guessing it has something to do with scripting which I'm not very familiar with.
