Is there an MSI installer file available for LiveCycle Designer that is used for SAP Buiness ByDesign. Or is there a method to package it for App-V?

SAP refers me to the Adobe support for any questions regarding LiveCycle designer. My customer has a partner that takes care of their Microsoft environment and they want to package LiveCycle Designer for App-V so they can roll-out the software based on the users. What they need is a MSI installer file, but that is not supplied by SAP.
