I used to access PDF services API from AWS market place. But I am not able to use it any longer. Can someone please help, whats the way out. I am not looking for the free credentials as they have restrcitions of 500 pages only.  Himanshu

When there is an input field on the page along with the embedded viewer, it's possible to cause an input field to type right to left instead of left to right. Steps to reproduce (Seen this in chrome and edge from testing): 1) Using the sample below, type a value into the text field at the bottom of the page. Then, highlight the text in the field (as if tying to select all) but keep the mouse pressed down, and release the mouse on top of the embedded viewer. (note: if showing the PDF viewer in split screen view with fields to the right of the PDF, it's pretty common for users to do this)  2) Start typing. HiWe are using the PDF Services API to convert and sign a number of document typs, like doc, to PDF.When we started in January 2023 everyting worked well but in the lastes weeks our documents takes around 10 minutes before the API have converted, before it was around 1 minute. We are using the trail version at the moment, couldn't find any information about limited service time.It is similar documents that we are trying to convert as was used before the increased delay. Thanks in advance! 

Hi, I have just received an email from Amazon AWS that Adobe PDF Services API will no longer be available on the AWS Martkeplace to new subscribers and will no longer be supported after August 9, 2023. Will Adobe PDF Services API still be supported by Adobe? If so where will be be able to access it? Otherwise, is the API being discontinued or what is happening? Can please clarify. Regards, PaulPaul

We're using the Embed API to display PDFs on a website. The GA4 measurementId is set and all the custom dimensions are also configured per the documentation, yet we're not seeing any of the Adobe events come through (e.g. Load PDF, Download, Print, Hyperlink Open, etc).  The site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) to inject the GA4 tracker. How can we get Adobe to play nice with GTM? 

Hey there, I am trying to render a new dynamic table (lets call it "inner table"), inside another static table(lets call it "outer table").Now, insider a cell of the outer table, i have added the table tags for the dynamic table.When I call the Adobe API, the inner table's rows are now being generated in a new row of the outer table, therefore having multiple outer table rows with only one inner table row.I have attached the expected result from the API and also the actual result that is being rendered by the API in the attachments below.Can someone please explain what is the issue here or what can be done to over come this problem?

I've been running"convert Word to PDF" as part of a Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) job for a long time, but yesterday it had suddenly stopped working.I get a "Not authorised" error code, but my IT management ensures they have changed nothing on my account, credentials og right level.

We are using adobe PDF services to export the html to PDF.We can export the custom template into PDF, however, while exporting the HTML, we must include Header and Footer to each page. Hence first page presentation is being generated correctly, however second page onwards, presentation (font size and styles) is changed.Request you to review and let us know if we have suggestion to export the PDF correctly.

The CreatePDFOperation.Execute and DocumentMergeOperation.Execute methods often return a "Too Many Requests" error when we call them. How can we find out when our quota is other than by trial and error?

We have a document that contains sessative information to be signed. Echo sign API requires an email address and then sends a copy of the signed document to that email address. We do not want the document to be emailed, is there a way to tell EchoSign to not send attachments?

Issue in /src/pages/overview/pdf-embed-api/index.md The Embed API seems no longer be able to open a password protected document IF the document was protected by Microsoft Word. However, it can open a password-protected document if the password was added using the Adobe Password Protect Tool. It seems 'Edit' and 'Delete' buttons for exisitng comments are showing based on 'User Name'. Is there any other way ? As we may have duplicate users with same name in our application but we do have unique key for each user (Which will not be shown to user).  

We are following the approach suggested here How Tos UI | PDF Embed API | Adobe PDF Servicesto save PDF. However we are unable to save User email and other details only name is getting saved in the annotations. How to save email and other fields? 

Hi, I just transitioned from the legacy Embed API to the new modern PDF viewer on my educational website. I use the API to display a pdf in SIZED_CONTAINER mode but otherwise control all aspects of navigation myself as the PDF is a background for a complex interactive educational module with many other overlying HTML elements.  In the legacy API, this worked very well. However, with the modern API, on mobile, there is an automatic prompt in the center of the PDF element to enter fullscreen which is undesirable since my users can't interact with the PDF element directly. Is there any way to disable this automatic prompt or add an option to disable this? Setting the showFullScreen configuration to false does not prevent the prompt in mobile, just removes the fullscreen button from the bottom toolbar. Thank you
