Dear all,Is the PDF generation process by the PDF Services API slowing down?Not all generation requests, but some, are being delayed by 10 to 30 minutes.The time the delay is occurring is around 5:00 on 05/31/2023 GMT.

I have a domain namba.ngoI cannot add this as a domain when adding a new API for PDF Embed API.I can see the console response is 400 BAD_REQUEST {\"reason\":\"bad_request_body:invalid_domain\",\"message\":\"Invalid domain provided\"}

As the title states, a call to operation/protectpdf endpoint is running without any issues, but the resulting pdf in AWS does not have any permissions set on it. At one point, this process was working. It was only until a few days ago that it stopped. I have attached some screenshots that show the following to confirm the process is running without issues. 1.) Fiddler capture showing initial call to .../operation/protectpdf. Shows request body and resulting 201 Created with pooling url2.) Fiddler capture cont. showing final call to pooling url with status = done3.) Resulting PDF generated from the process. You can see that there are no permissions set4.) Last correctly generated PDF before this process stopped working. Clearly shows that permissions have been set on the file in the header We are currently trialing Adobe PDF Services and have loved the product so far. I am trying to update a nestes table which is inside a column of main table using power automate Generate document from Word template connector. Everything else is updating fine, but when I paas multiple values in the Json for the table,It creates a duplicate column in the main table. This issue does not occur when the updating table is outside the nested table column. How do i resolve this issue.

We are seeing a 9 fold inflated bill of Adobe PDF Service api in may billing. At the same time, our internal data isn't showing any discrepancy in the amount of usage pattern.It seems there is some issue with the billing system. I have a system that usd adobe embed api to display pdf files for a client. Most of the files work fine.The attached file fails to render for some unknown reason: I have tried to flatten (convert to embedded image) the file, it increased in size from 2.7 to 12 MB, that way it works in the viewer but its a big problem asking the client to convert all his files.Any clues?Thanks

I'm using the PDF embed api and it seems to work on all browser on pc.    Mobile works on all android browsers.   But not on iPhone.  Non any iPhone I can use chrome or Firefox and it works fine but native safari I get a file preview error.   Why would it only do this in mobile safari?   Any input would be appreciated.

We have been using the PDF Services API for months through the AWS marketplace, when logging into the console we were shown warnings about the auth changes - so I changed over to the OAuth credentials, and now we tied to a quota with no way to pay.  As far as I can tell there is no way to upgrade from the dashboard, and the sales person who contacted us scheduled a meeting, then never pitched and has not responded to our emails for two weeks. This is the 5th major problem we've had with the API in the last two months alone, almost impossible to rely on this API for business critical functionality. Anyone know what magic encantations we can use to get Adobe to care about their customers?

In Adobe Acrobat when converting pdf to Docx, there are options for changing layout settings, image settings, and comment settings. How can I update the above setting in the pdf service export API? I have found only OCR(optical character recognition) support in the pdf service API.Is any option in pdf service API to update the above fields like layout setting, comment setting and image settings 

Hi, When i put multiple conditional-sections in a cell, it creates a big cell.Then I generate the pdf. The cell has only one small input but it keeps big and doesn't stretch.I added the elements in Word to stretch but doesn't apply after generation event if empty like below.Any idea?

I have been using the API and providing a URL and not having any problems but when I switch to using the promise I am getting an error back in the console and the file doesn't load. Here is one of those directives: https://www.usda.gov/directives/dm-0100-001 Would you please let us know how we can resolve this issue so that we can use the slider bar to move across pages? Hi,I'm using the PDF Services API and I can see the total of API calls in the Insight section of the Project. But, is there any way to have more detail, like date/time of each API call? In the documentation states that extracting OCR of one document is 1 transaction consumption, but I see that each call I do takes 4 or 5 API calls in the insights statistics. Is it going to invoice by API call or by document? Where can I see the document transactions statistics?I'm using pay-as-you-go-licence, managed by AWS.Thanks

I'm evaluating the usage of Adobe PDF API to create large PDF files based on a template.While it works with small amount of data, when tryig to use the template with large amount of data (~11K records) I am getting an error:1. Hi, your 3.2 and 3.3 library have mixinx libraries.It's conflict with hibernate-validatorIf you could stop using the deprecated hibernate-validator and use the last version it would be great.This old deprecated version of hibernate, use javax.validation instead of jakarta.validation. I have a rather large document repository and many of the pdf documents sent to the embed API present a blank page. The document is fine in Reader and can be downloaded successfully from the embed API, but it's just not presented in the embed interface.
