    Hola,

    No puedo cancelar mi subscribsion a illustrator y hago todos los pasos,

    NO me aparece la opción eliminar o cancelar cuenta.

    E seguido todo los pasos.

    Hi. meenakshin83966505​ I follow the steps but I can found the option "Cancel Plan" and I don't know where I can found it.

    I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it's very annoying. Subscribe is very easy but the opposite, no. Unacceptable for a big company as Adobe. On July 3rd 2017 I was confirmed of my cancellation (I have the chat transcript with Tshering case 0222460676).

    My credit card is still being charged!. Please stop charging my card and cancel my subscription.

    Hola, veo que por acá les han resuelto, yo no he podido cancelar mi plan.

    Veo que se ha renovado cuando yo ya había solicitado la cancelación.

    Hola yo quiero cancelar mi suscripción anual ,pero tampoco sale el boton de cancelar en mi pagina de administración , me dicen que avise pero no hay como comunicarse si me pudieras ayudar.

    Hello I want to cancel my annual subscription, but neither does the cancel button on my administration page, they tell me to notify but there is no way to communicate if you could help me.
