Editing a PDF that was created in photoshop

I have been trying to use Adobe ExportPDF to convert a PDF (that was created in photoshop) to word so I can edit the text and then save again as a PDF. Unfortunatley it is not coming across in the exact same format in word. In fact it is completely different and no images have come across.

Obviously ExportPDF is not the right program to be trying to do this. Could you please tell me what the best program would be to do this?

    Hi MillyB44,

    There are a few Bugs reported for this for conversion of pdf to word / excel format.

    Not all the files exhibit this behaviour. It will be fixed in the next update though.

    You can use Adobe Acrobat to convert the pdf to word and check. it's a paid software but the trial is good for 30 days of usage.
