I have a bunch of PDF files I read in Acrobat Reader - up comes a tool box - I open and they say they can't convert my files - what's up with that and I can't work on a blasted thing after paying good money for this dumn service or is it me?

    Hi,

    Instead of using Adobe Reader try to convert your files through Export PDF.
