I purchased a 1 year license for Acrobat but cannot download it? Anyway I can talk w someone via telephone?

    Download and install the trial version from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-acrobat-xi-pro-standard-reader-direct-download-links.html then activate it with your Adobe ID.

    Make sure you follow the Very Important Instructions on that page.
