I signed up to convert PDF files to Word but the Word conversion is not usable if this is the best you can do I need my money back.

I am having same exact problem.  I signed up 15 minutes ago and my attempt to convert a pdf file to .docx, or .doc, or ..rtf -- all failed.  If I can't make it work then I need my money back.  I would rather get my files converted and go happily on my way.   What is wrong?  why are both woodword and I having this trouble?

I checked into your account, and see that the order is still processing. It can take several hours for an order to process fully.
