I want to covert file from pdf to excel, and it on lets it chng to a word doc, what do I need to do?

I just purchased this to convert my pdf doc to excel so I can make spreadsheets. but it only chngd them to a word doc? what can I do to fix this ?

Hi majntx,

You should be able to choose Excel from the Export Format pop-up menu after you choose a PDF to convert. Do you see that option?

sorry to reply so late, but no I can't. when pick a file to convert it only does it in docx, i need these in excel to create spreadsheets,

Hi Maj,

That's very odd! You should see all of the following choices (expect PowerPoint if you don't have an Adobe PDF Pack subscription:

If you don't, please clear the browser cache and try again. We don't have an option that includes only Word format as an export choice.
