I want to know why you are trying to double charge me

I paid for a subscription.  Instead of honoring it, when I go to use it, it keeps asking me to pay for it again.  I look at my account, and it acknowledges the subscription is paid through January of 2015.  But it will not allow me to use the export service to convert a pdf file to Word.

Please tell me why you are doing this and are not giving me what I paid for.

I don't want to be on a discussion board.  I want the COMPANY to do what I paid it for.
