I have forms up for an event on forms central. I just noted they gave me a refund, and yet I also got an email saying I need to update.  Yet on the forms central page, it says they are retiring it in June (right after my event.)I am wanting to speak with someone to make sure it will still work as is or do I owe money.

Somebody PLEASE help. I have found Adobe are charging my credit card monthly (£17.15). I raised an account and find no subscription purchases on there. So, I went through my ITunes account just in case I have inadvertently bought something (I have a "free" Adobe Reader on there). There is no subscription noted there either. It seems impossible to communicate directly with Adobe. How on Earth do I cancel something I have no knowledge of and no trace of ?? Has anybody else had this experience?

I'm trying to setup Windows 8.1 on my Surface Pro 3 so that I can have the option to print web pages and web based documents directly to a PDF. I have a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am simply trying to get to home screen where I can combine files, edit files, convert, etc.  I had the link saved but now it's gone. logging into my account at adobe seems to be a circle of marketing adobe products...i'm just trying to use my current package.  Please help.

how do I get adobe to send me a link to down load this version?  Adobe pro 9 does not work.  I old computer crashed, I lost the hard drive.  I have the code, but cannot find the link to download this version.  I don't want to spend money for a new version, as this works fine.

I've had a problem with the field where one normally enters the email address where you want to send files.  Usually, the box is there and I enter the email address.  Now, suddenly, that box does not appear, so I can't enter a send to email address. I can even add all of the files I want to send and click on "create link", but then I go to the box where you enter the email address, but it is not active.I do remember that even when the email address field was active, once I hit "create link"  I would always get a pop up telling me I needed to make a change in email setup for Outlook.  I would click on OK, but it would send me to my own email page (I don't have Outlook).  Then,I would just go back to Adobe and wait until th files loaded, and it worked fine.

I purchased it and it bills me monthly but every time I try to open a PDF it asks me to buy it again. I have a MAC book Air and not sure why it is not working. If anyone can give me any advice or guidance on how to get access to it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
