When working to convert an open PDF to WORD I am getting a request to sign in and then get a message that I cannot sign in due to a "network problem"?

Can anyone help me with this issue?  I try to convert an open PDF to WoRD.  When I am asked to sign into my account I get an error message that says I cannot sign in due to a Network Problem.

    Hi rdfnra,

    Are you trying to sign in from within Reader or via the ExportPDF website? If you're using Reader, please make sure that you're using the most current version of Reader by choosing Help > Check for Updates. You should have version 11.0.07.

    A little more cumbersome but going to the AdobeAcrobat.com works.

    Thanks for letting us know that you're up and running, Bob! You can still be able to access ExportPDF from within Reader provided that you have the latest update.
