10 Asset Plan billed but not loading credits

I have a 10 asset plan, but as I have been watching it get billed, the new credits are simply not showing up? Can someone please look at my account and let me know what is going on?

    Hi Kevin,

    There seems to be an issue with your Stock membership as I see that it isn't reflecting the same credits as it should.

    Would you mind reaching out to our support here: Contact Customer Care?

    They will be able to verify your account and fix the issue for you.
