I'm logged into Creative Cloud and I clicked on Get 10 free Adobe stock images. I input what I was looking for, clicked on an image and elected Images library to save to but it's empty.
Any idea what's going on?

Can you confirm me if you subscribed to any of the Stock plans?
As per your account details, I do not see any Stock subscription.
The 10 images free offer works when you subscribe to a Stock plan and we do not charge you the first month which means that you have 10 images in your account for free.
