    Looking at your account, you had a 10 images/month individual subscription which has been cancelled.  Therefore if you're using your personal ID to license an image you will be charged 9.99 as you don't have an active subscription.

    You are also part of a teams plan.  To use the image credits from this plan, please ensure you select the company option at the top right of the Stock page - stock.adobe.com
