2 Adobe subscription

Hi Twarita,

You are correct. I have created 2 subscriptions on the same day at Adobe

for Adobe stock using 2 different email assuming that the other registration

didnt go through. Later on I realized that initially, I used my business

email, then created a new account using personal email. If you notice that

some stocks are the same stocks I have saved on my library for both

account. When I used the stock, I realized there's a lot of the creative

aspect that I didn't know so I decided to cancel my subscription to take a

photoshop class.

I have successfully canceled the subscription but then, later on, I was

still charged for another month. I was surprised, so I requested a refund

for the charges because I was thinking that I was still charged for the

canceled subscription.

It finally dawned on me when they emailed me that it's the payment charged

was for another account which is this email. I have emailed the customer

support about this explaining whats my issue on the 13th because it

wasnt resolved yet but after my email, I didn't get the further response on

the email(screenshot below).

Could you please cancel my subscription under this email and waive my March

charges as I didnt used the subscription anyway. I apologize for my mistake

and inconvenience caused because of my mistake but Im hoping you guys would

resolve my problem and waive the payment.

I need help with using the stocks that I have saved rather than continuing

my subscriptions.
