2 Stock photos out of focus, need to return/credit

Hi, there. 

I previewed two Stock photos by the same photographer, for use as a magazine cover(s) that's 11" x 13". I could not tell in the previews that both photos were out of focus. 

If I were using the photos at a smaller size, it likely wouldn't matter. But I cannot use the photos at 11" x 13" and need to return them/receive credit back for both.

At only 10 photos available per month, 2 out-of-focus, unusuable photos is 20% unusuable photos for the month.
