£23.99 refund please

A while back I chose the free 10 images option trial which I cancelled and nothing is currently showing in my subscriptions but for the last 8 months £23.99 has been going put of my account. I would like a full refund for each month this has been happening please as if it was, showing in my subscriptions I would of canceled it but its hidden which is sneaky it has been happening for the last 8 months and total £191.92. I would like this actioned ASAP.

Please contact Adobe customer care about this. When you took the subscription, you got an e-mail confirming the terms. As you have cancelled, you also have got an e-mail confirming that cancel. You should have both mails nearby for contacting Adobe customer care. It will help you in your argumentation.

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Hi Justin, I'm in the same situation. Did you get anywhere with your refund? And if so, how did you go about it? I would be greatful for the help 🙂
