233 stock photo credits - cancel and they are gone?

Seriously Adobe. What gives? What sort of value are you giving your users to use your stock photo service? All other services out there give you an expiration date.

We have been paying you $30 per month for photos thinking we can use them whenever we want. Sure we can, but if we cancel your service you remove all the credits.

This is absurd.

Hi Jenny,

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.

For more information, please refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock

However, the licenses which are already downloaded remain in your license history.

Please reach out to our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support?  to check for exceptions(if any).

In case you are unable to reach our support through the above-mentioned link, please see Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Regards,

Twarita
