Hello I would like to get support as I just noticed that I have being charge for 3 months in a row on my card for a service I didnt request and havent use. Even you can check your platform and only today i assigned a password to the account in order to be allowed to raise this claim.

There is no place in the web to find how to raise the refund request or to raise the claim by email.

What can i do because now is even harder if i cancell the plan will be charged with mote than 120 dollars for something i didnt request and i havent use.

Who do i need to contact to solve this and to get the money back?

You surly took the 30-day free stock option and as you did not cancel after the end of the free period, you got enrolled in a one-year subscription. Waiting for 3 months to ask about that charge is quite careless. The only option you have is to contact Adobe customer service and to plead your case. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
If in doubt, ask the forum.
