Hi, I hope you can help. I paid for 10 credits to licence pictures. Now I have seen 3 of them removed because I cancelled my renewal. I still paid for these 3 credits. Can I get them back please?

Hi Anton,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. The stock subscription under this account has been canceled.

You can use your available licenses as long as your membership is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your membership.
