53 Image Credits to Adobe Stock, Unable to License Anything

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the best place to post, it's just where Adobe funneled me for support. Kinda funny discussing billing issues on a public forum but here we go.

I have 53 license credits for Adobe Stock, however when I try and download something I get the following error.

My card on file is valid and I don't have an outstanding balance.

Please advise.

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

    I have checked your account details and noticed that you have signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 13 Apr 2018. The subscription has been suspended and that is the reason you are unable to access your remaining assets.

    someone goofed.  other users (like those of us using the forums can't help with billing).

    using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
