6 months of random date for credit photo adding is enough

In august 2022 my Stock account had a strange increase of photo credits. I signaled that to the Twitter support and some weeks after they where removed. Since that it's a nightmare !
When the monthly payment arrive, the photo credits are not added to my account. They are, or not, some days or weeks after with no logic.
I thought it was finally solved in November with the proposal made by the support to offer me two months to use the missing credits finally put back on my account (and disappeared a few days after the issue resolution). It seems that this is not the case.
February 6 : a paiement of 2 days of Stock access. Why ? We don't know and of course nothing on the photo credits.
February 8 : a paiement of the monthly fees. Nothing happened to my photo credits.
3 days after I still don't have what I paid for.
One would hope that a company like Adobe has the resources to resolve anomalies on their customers' subscriptions, but it would appear not. Not synchronizing access to the service with payments, as it has been for years, makes using the service impossible.
So I will cancel as soon as I can without having to pay any fees and hope to receive one day the photo credits I am supposed to receive.
