69 pictures avaible for download and cant
Hello!
I have 69 pictures that i have paid for and should be avaible to download.
But i cant.
I see it says "69" but when i try to download a picture i cant.
Please help

I just checked your account details and noticed that you signed in for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year )plan on 20th December 2017 and the subscription has been suspended since there is a payment issue on your account.
For this reason, you are unable to use/download your remaining assets.
