A plagiarizing problem

I found a very serious plagiarize problem.

The "4am" logo is used as a team logo of Chinese Pubg Club "4am" which is very similar to the logo "Spartan warrior" created by Makstrv.  4am benefits millions dollars a year, but I don't think that they buy this license.  So my question is:

1. Do you guys know the email of Makstrv so that I can contact him immediately about his serious problem.

2. Do you guys know the process of authentication of plagiarizing?

3. Can anyone please contact Makstrv about this problem?

You can file a (c) complaint with Adobe. May be th 4am have taken that file an created their logo with that. In this case they would be in violation of the terms as you can’t take stock images for creating exclusive logos!
