Adobe stock subscriptions are 30-day trials first, but cancellation is done the same way as any other Adobe subscription. But as long as there is not enough credit on your card, payment will fail, and when payment fails, you can't cancel. You first need to fix the payment issue. If you are still in the 14 days window, you can then cancel without paying the early termination fee and you will be refunded. After the said 14 days limit, you'll have a subscription for a year, that can be cancelled anytime by paying half of the remaining dues.
