Access Stock Images included in my subscription

I have an Acrobat Pro subscription that includes Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month. When I go to the Stock page (I am logged in) and try to download, I am prompted to pay. How do I access these images? I'm already paying for them in my existing subscription.
