Accidental Adobe stock Purchase

I accidentally purchased ADB075351271 and haven't used or downloaded it. Don't even know which image it is! Don't want it! I can't afford $249! Set my searrch for no premium but it must still show it. Would like a refund please!? Help!

 

No way to get help on Adobe site either. Sitting on hold on the phone. Still.... Thanks!
