Hi Vani_100 

I accidently downloaded an image that I won't use. Can you help me to remove it from my account.

    Hello @Öffentlichkei26309171k2o6 - since you purchased the image using your credit card, you'll need to contact the customer support team. We can only process returns for purchases made with credits.

    You didn't really read the thread. Vani is no more taking care of Adobe stock (my message to the OP). You will need either @Liza5C0C or @Riya123 to chime in and to help you. The asset can't be "unlicensed", however.

    Vani is no more working for stock. A licensed asset can not be removed from the account, but eventually, Adobe can restituate the lost credit for this. Do you still need help?
