I accidentally downloaded a half-res version of an image (#871244029) and then immediately downloaded the full-res version as I originally intended. Could I possibly get refunded the credits for the half-res version?
Hello @MarkFreitas - If an asset costs more than 1 credit - you will see a confirmation modal before proceeding. I refunded the credits this time, but please be more careful moving forward.
