Accidental download on company account

Hi there,

I've accidentally downloaded a Premium Photo on my company account that used 100 credits, not 1 credit per usual. This was completely unintentional! I did not mean to download on my company account and also never would've downloaded knowing it was 100 credits as opposed to 1 credit. Could someone please help me reverse this mistake and unlicense this photo? FILE #:  493358523

Thank you!

Hi @Kathryn0523,

It isn't possible to return an asset. You should have seen a message telling you how many plan credits the file would cost and you can also see the number of plan credits needed to license when you view the details of a file. I would recommend that your admin contact customer care for assistance as I see that the organization has a renewng Stock subscription but the monthly quota isn't being fulfilled like it should be. Please ask your admin to sign into the Adobe Team Admin Console and contact support via the console.
