Accidental license

I bought a business licence by accident and couldn't access it so I bought a personal one and now it works but I never wanted the business one can I get a refund on that one?

Ok the story is I wanted to buy photoshop for myself but when I searched on google it brought me to the business licence buying menu. So I bought that one by accident so the question was could I get a refund on that because for once I don't own a business and 2 it is not appearing on my account so I can't even use it.
