Hi, I accidentally purchased a video, how can I undo this? Can I cancel the order? I did not download it yet. Ordernumber is: ADB000506589NL

I could not find any other option to get in contact, who can help me out?

    Hi Twarita. That is really inconvenient. Can you maybe tell me how to delete the payment info since I was not aware it was registered in the account. So otherwise I could not have purchased it. Thanks
