Hello, I accidentally licensed an image I did not intend to.  Could i please get this item refunded on my account. AdobeStock_17819650.

I appreciate it.  Now to download the correct image!

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

Since you have accidentally licensed 1 Stock file, I have added 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

Hi Twarita,

I purchased one file by mistake too, it is this one: #187640664

You can see it in my account purchase history today: I need the file in 4K, but purchased it in HD at first. Then, I licensed the same one in 4K as needed. Please refund the money for the wrong purchase back to me. I am inside the deadline for returning goods.

Videos are purchased on-demand or by using credits from a credit pack. They are non-refundable.

However, I understand your concern that you might just have accidentally licensed a video so I would request to contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support?  to check for exceptions(if any).
