This is a premium asset and I suppose you got asked a confirmation before acquiring the licence. There is no “normal” licence for this. But as it did cost you plan credits, I suppose that you have an Enterprise subscription. You will need to talk to your plan administrator for contacting Adobe customer care and negotiating a refund.

 

If I'm wrong with my assumption, and you have credit packs or a regular plan, you should contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
