Accidental purchase of Adobe Stock - on demand

Hi,

I was testing out adobe stock today with the free month subscription. When I downloaded an asset, I accidentaly made an order for 604EUR. Anybody had this problem? I really can't afford a purchase like this and would like to get a refund.
