first Contact Support: Reach out to the service’s customer support team and explain the mistake. They may be able to refund or restore the credit.
after Check Account Policies: Look at the service’s refund or error correction policies, as they might offer solutions for such issues.
in final Review Account Activity: Ensure no other actions were taken that might affect your credits.

Hey @Brainbytes - I have granted the credit back, so it should be visible in your account. Please make sure to delete the file (#94782258) from storage.

Dear Liza: Greetings - how are you today? Thanks for your fast, and
extremely helpful reply here!! I had already deleted the item immediately
right after it occurred, from my Library, When you say "Storage", I assume
you mean "Library". Anyway. I do not think I have it anywhere. as I had not
downloaded it to my computer.

I will from now on move more slowly when I am navigating through the huge
Adobe Stock Footage website.

Again, many thanks!!! Whew!!!🙏😍

That's why the free trial is for, isn't it? To get used with the system, and see if it fits you need. So you should not be angry, if you accidentally licensed an item. It did not cost you a dime.

I do not know what robot you are referencing too, but no robot cancels your account. Either you cancel (the plan) by yourself, or an agent can cancel for you.

Let's also add @Riya123 and @Liza5C0C to this conversation. No need to contact them via PM, one of the three will chime in and check what they can do for you.

First, you should have started a new thread. But that's fine. In any case, perhaps @Contributor1 can be of assistance.
