Accidentally bought the extended version.

Hi, I accidentally bought the extended version and only wanted the standard one. Would it be possible to remove this license, refund the credits and give me the standard one?

You did buy the extended licence twice for two different assets?

 

I suggest you contact Adobe customer care and check what they can do for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
