Accidentally Hit the License Button on an image

I accidentally hit the 'lincense' button and the image automatically starts downloading. How do I return it?  Also, there should be a check to make sure I intend to download rather than automatically do it.  Its too easy to accidentally hit a button and there should be a question asking if I am sure I want to download, or moving it to a cart for purchase. Clearly this happens to a lot of people. Has this been resolved? Can I return the unwanted asset?

Hello Amber28516104szsl ,

have verified and granted you 2 replacement credit. Please delete asset from any downloads or library at your end.

Hope this helps !!

It is not possible to return the asset. Maybe @Vani_100 could help.

As you suggest it: as soon as you licence an item that costs more than a credit, you get asked if you really want to licence that. And guess what: people licence it and then, they would like to get refunded. So yes, a question would help, but no, people would licence anyway.

I'm surfing a lot on the stock websites, but I did never licence by error. I have 16 pages of licence history.

This is not the case for me as I have prepaid (set limit) number of assets with my company and I am not asked if I want to download. It happens automatically. Happy to demonstrate.

If you read my post correctly:

as soon as you licence an item that costs more than a credit, you get asked

meaning also that you won't get asked for any asset costing exactly 1 credit or for any free asset.

If you have a teams/Enterprise subscription, it is probably best to contact your support so that they contact Adobe customer care via the admin console.
