Accidentally Licensed an Enhanced Image (1,305 credits)

Unknowingly, a new Team member licensed image #145415145, eating up 1,305 credits! The image was not used at all. We wish to unlicense this image. Another image has been chosen within the standard 1 credit. Is the unlicensing possible?

You need to educate your users before they can go out and license assets. The member licensed a premium asset! And to licence that asset, they confirmed the licencing. 

 

For a refund, contact Adobe customer care via the admin console. They may be able to return credits.
