accidentally licensed an image

I was in chat with customer service and was told to stand by, then I was disconnected. The issue I was trying to resolve: I accidentally licensed image #345256764.

Secondary issue: I have two inactive Adobe Stock accounts I would like removed. There is no way to remove them from my account that I can see. The person I was chatting with said they would remove them, but they’re still there.

Hello annettemarieprice,

I have verified that you have licensed asset #345256764 and have granted you a replacement license. Please delete asset from any downloads or library at your end.

Hope this helps !!!

Hi @annettemarieprice,

Could you provide more context? What do you mean you have other Adobe Stock accounts? I see that under the email address associated with your Adobe ID that you only have a team subscription.

If you have assets licensed on those accounts, it would be wise to keep them.

You may reconnect via chat with your case number. A different agent can pick up from where you got disconnected.

Alternatively, for the asset, I suppose that @Vani_100 could help out.
