Accidentally purchased a photo

Hi Adobe,

I just placed order #AB01532705370CUS, but the client already purchased this photo and we need to use theirs so that they are the licensee. Can you reverse this charge? Please help!

You don't actually have to have the client license the asset you can license files on behalf of your client. Regardless, please contact customer care for assistance, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page.
