Accidentally purchased the wrong video
I accidentally purchased AdobeStock_96111688.mov instead of AdobeStock_178267581.mov. Is it possible to change the license to the correct shot, 178267581?

I am sorry to inform that on-demand purchases are neither refundable nor can it be exchanged with a different asset if purchased accidentally.
