Accidentally purchased the wrong video

I accidentally purchased AdobeStock_96111688.mov instead of AdobeStock_178267581.mov. Is it possible to change the license to the correct shot, 178267581?

    I don't know if I can refund an video I purchased.  I accidentally bought the HD but I want the 4K instead.  Is it possible to get a credit and purchase it again but in 4K?
