accidentially licensed

Hi, I accidentially licensed FILE #: 426847136 4k version instead of downloading the HD version. Can I return the license and get my credits back? I really needed HD version FILE #: 426847136 instead.

Hi @Armando_Soria9313 , Since you licensed the 4k version of the file instead of HD , you should be able to license the HD version of the same file for free. Just go the asset and select the HD version and click on license and it should be licensed without using any credits( for free) and you should be able to use the HD version . Hope this help. Let us know if you have any issues 🙂

Thanks!!
