Account cancellation adobe stock

Dear sir/madam,

I recently signed up for a 14 day trial and there wasn't anything said about a yearly contract after these 14 days. However, now I'm being charged 37 euros per month for a year for something I didn't sign up for! I recently found out that I've already paid this amount twice without even knowing it! I'm super frustrated about this and the fact that if I cancel and still have to pay half of it makes it even worse. Through this email I would kindly like to ask you to stop my account and the payment that comes with it.

Please give me a notification when you arranged the cancellation of this contract.

Kind regards,

Robin Koenen

    Hi Robin,

I'm sorry you had a poor experience and feel you were locked into a contract.

I just checked your account details and noticed that you signed up for the Stock promo offer(10 images per month one-year plan) on 5th January 2018.

I would like to inform that when you sign up for the Stock subscription you agree to certain terms and conditions and only after you agree to the terms, you can make the purchase. When you subscribe to the Stock promo offer the first month is free(trial), Adobe doesn't charge you for the 1st month; the subscription billing actually starts from the second month.

For more information please refer to Legal subscription terms | Adobe

Please contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support? for the cancellation and refund related requests.

In case you are unable to reach our support team through the above- mentioned link, please see Contact Support FAQ: Unable to reach support through the "Contact US" link

    Dear @twaritar3263062

I signed up for an Adobe Acrobat for a free trial. I was charged the montly fee. I cancelled my suscription and I was charged for a non-informed fee (MXN $1,596.00). A cancelation fee is NOT mentioned in the Terms & Conditions. I've included the Terms & Conditions link for you to verify the information. In the Terms & Conditions it it only mentioned the refund if the cancelation is submited in the first 14 days after purchase.

I am confident that you will address this issue and manage my refund as soon as possible.

    Regards,
